Make a wooden plane and learn the basics of how to tune, sharpen and use this essential woodworking tool.

Students in this course will develop their hand tool woodworking skills while making a wooden bench plane.

This course will include an overview of the various types of planes and how they are used, instruction in making a wooden plane and sharpening plane irons, and procedures for working safely with basic woodworking tools.

Come join us for this workshop, and start making your own woodworking tools!
